SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team.
 
Domestic Shipping Options:

  • FedEx Express 2-Day: Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST Monday - Friday to ship same day. 
  • Fedex Ground Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days. Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday. The first full day after the order is shipped out counts as the first day. Ground Delivery not available in some areas.
  • FedEx Overnight:  Orders will be delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 10 AM PST Monday through Friday. 

International Shipping Options:

  • UPS Expedited: You will receive your order typically between 4-7 Business Days.
  • UPS Saver: You will receive your order typically between 3-5 Business days.
  • UPS Express: You will receive your order typically in 2-4 business days.

International orders are subject to regional duties & taxes that will be applied at time of checkout.

RETURNS

  • Merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a refund.
  • All returns received after 30 days will be credited to a gift card.
  • Once we receive the return, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Your refund will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed.  It may take 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
  •  Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale and warehouse sale items may not be returned. 


    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
    • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
    • Please contact customer service with any questions you have about shipping or returns.
